Sustainability Credit Unit is the product of rural activity for the conservation of native forests originating from the application of the BMV Standard:

. CNAE 0220-9/06 - Rural Activity - conservation of native forest.
. Law 13.986/2020 - Article 42 of this Law amended Law 8.929/1994, which in its Article 1, §2, II, recognized that rural products are also obtained in activities related to the conservation of native forests.
. Decree 10.828/2021 - Green CPR Regulation
